Pre-Purchase Inspections |

Our inspectors examine every part of the property exposed to view. They climb into the roof and crawl under the floor. They inspect the electrical wiring and and the plumbing. They assess cracks in the walls and sags in the floors. They look for rising damp and leaks through the roof. All defects are clearly itemised and include estimates for the cost of repairs. |

Our pre-purchase reports are approximately 35 pages long, extremely detailed and easy to read because they are written in plain English and do not contain any ticks or crosses. At the end of the report there is a summary that itemises the defects and gives an estimate for the cost of repairs. Photos of defects are included so you can see exactly what is wrong. And we carry full indemnity insurance for your protection. |

Ordering Your Inspection |

| To order your inspection simply phone us with the address of the property and your details and we will do everything else. It couldn't be any easier. Inspections are normally completed within 24 hours and the reports emailed to you the next working day. |  |
