Office of Fair Trading Legislation 1 January 2004

The Office of Fair Trading has introduced a special class of licence for building consultants who undertake pre-purchase building inspections from 1 January 2004.

NSW Master Building Inspectors, a division of NSW Pre-Purchase Inspections, fully complies with the new legislation and is the holder of Building Consultants Licence BC211.
