Pre-Purchase Inspections Our inspectors examine every part of the property exposed to view. They climb into the roof and crawl under the floor. They inspect the electrical wiring and and the plumbing. They assess cracks in the walls and sags in the floors. They look for rising damp and leaks through the roof. Reports Our pre-purchase reports are approximately 35 pages long, extremely detailed and easy to read because they are written in plain English and do not contain any ticks or crosses. At the end of the report there is a summary that itemises the defects and gives an estimate for the cost of repairs. Photos of defects are included so you can see exactly what is wrong.
